The Inland Waterways Association (IWA) are holding their second “Waterways Restoration Showcase” on board the historic steam ship “Danny” at Sutton Weaver on the River Weaver. An excellent day out for all the family. The Society and several other waterway organisations will be represented highlighting the work that they do to raise funds and bring back to life the work of the navvies of the 18th and 19th Centuries.
