This work party relates to enhancement activities on the Llangollen Canal at Ellesmere.
The work party will take place from 0930 to 1530 but you are not obliged to be there from start to finish – please feel free to just turn up for an hour or two.
The tasks will vary but can include land-based painting of canal-side features, hedge-planting, weeding and planting gardens, litter-clearance and repairing towpaths. On the water, using a workboat, we do offside and towpath vegetation clearance. For more details, please see here.
