The Society has been awarded a grant of £1,500 by Oswestry Rural Parish Council (ORPC) for towpath improvements on the Crickheath South restoration project. This will take the restored towpath closer to Schoolhouse Bridge.
This is the second grant that ORPC have given to the Society for the Crickheath South restoration project. They awarded us the same sum a couple of years ago and this was also used for towpath improvements, that time closer to Crickheath Bridge.
